Games Week launches the newest community and events program, DLC. Encouraging venues and event organisers to include their event in the Games Week calendar.
Discover Local Community (DLC) invites venues, collectives and organisations to include their amazing community events in the Games Week Program. From pub trivia in Brunswick to family game days in Narre Warren, we want to share your events with our audience. This program encourages discovery and exploration across the CBD and outer suburbs, helping people connect with community-led organisations, small businesses and see the best that Greater Melbourne has to offer.
After completing an Expression of Interest, eligible events will feature on the DLC page on the Games Week Website and be provided with assets to advertise their participation in Games Week.

- A confirmed venue and capacity
What types of events are included in DLC?
Events can come in any shape and size for any audience. Examples include; meet ups, parties, launch events, tabletop games, industry gatherings, trivia, karaoke and beyond. Expressions of interest are open to ticketed and free events.
