This first-of-its-kind exhibit will give audiences the opportunity to get hands-on with new games on each day of Games Week. From 3-11 October audiences can visit ACMI to play a new selection of indie games from Latin America, Asia, New Zealand and Australia.

ACMI welcomes audiences to try new games, discover new studios and experience the diversity of the global indie games scene. These games span genres, culture, language and style, offering audiences of all ages the opportunity to discover and connect with new games.

Play iconic titles from rising stars like Funny Fintan Softworks and Owl Machine with their works  Don’t Stop, Girlypop! and Key Fairy in the Freeplay showcases. Test experimental titles walk (bilge)  and “Night Shift:1999” (Winter Schloss Studios) from the wobbly showcase. Or play 20 different Australian and New Zealand made games curated by Frosty Games Fest.

This showcase will also be available online at the PAX Aus Steam Event.This event runs from 3-11 October and highlights all indie features across Games Week including Parallels, PAX Rising and Games Week Showcase.
